Riskuity 3.8.0 BETA introduces expanded integration capabilities, improved subscription and billing experiences, stronger document workflows, and a more polished user interface across key parts of the platform. This release is designed to make administration clearer, reporting more actionable, and everyday work more efficient for customers.
What’s new
- Smartsheet integration foundation: Riskuity now includes major new capabilities for connecting Smartsheet with Riskuity, including secure tenant connection setup, entity linking for projects and rollups, scheduled one-way sync support, incremental sync behavior, audit logging, integration health monitoring, and program/business unit roll-up views based on linked Smartsheet project data.
- Enhanced program and business unit views: Program and business unit detail pages now provide more meaningful metrics, visualizations, and drill-down capabilities to help users understand aggregate data and performance more clearly.
- Subscription and billing improvements: The application now includes updated pricing, subscription management, billing, checkout, payment method, invoice, entitlement, and add-on experiences aligned to the latest pricing model.
- Stripe-backed commercial features: Riskuity now supports Stripe product catalog management, subscription-related backend logic, payment workflows, entitlement enforcement, and usage-based billing foundations for supported plans and add-ons.
- Improved integrations display: Integration areas in administration and evidence workflows now provide clearer feedback when integrations are unavailable, not enabled, or require purchase.
- Public survey experience updates: Public-facing readiness assessment surveys now better match the look and feel of the Riskuity website, creating a more seamless external user experience. New readiness assessment surveys for SOC 2 and ISO 9001 are also available.
- Document workflow improvements: Users can now work with browser-based template editing enhancements including editing locks, more user-friendly placeholder field handling, and a guided document generation wizard for project documents.
- Release notes and help display refresh: Help and support pages and the in-app release notes display have been updated to better align with the current Riskuity design system, with improved HTML rendering for release content.
- Expanded project and risk capabilities: Users can now create risks at the business unit, program, and organization levels, not only within projects. A new Cover Letter project tab is also available for supported workflows.
- Analytics for public workflows: Google Analytics support has been added for production public surveys and registration flows to improve visibility into external usage patterns.
- Dashboard and planning usability improvements: Project timeline, Gantt, and dashboard experiences have been improved to provide better readability, faster access to data, and clearer drill-down interactions.
