Riskuity v4.0.0 BETA improves onboarding, dashboard navigation, subscription experiences, integration readiness, data portability, and workflow reliability. This release also establishes the foundation for Microsoft Planner Premium connectivity, UUID-based platform identifiers, governed OSCAL extensions, and more structured pilot feedback.

Microsoft Planner Premium integration
Riskuity now has the technical foundation for a one-way integration with Microsoft Planner Premium through the Dataverse Web API. The integration is designed to import schedule data into Riskuity while keeping governance fields controlled within Riskuity.
- Dataverse discovery covers projects, tasks, dependencies, resource assignments, resources, and milestones.
- Tenant application permissions and administrative consent support controlled enterprise setup.
- Synchronization records support project links, source objects, field mappings, sync runs, errors, versions, timestamps, and retry information.
- Field mapping and validation help normalize external data before it is used in Riskuity.
- Resource assignments can be mapped to Riskuity users by email address or existing Azure user links.
- Scheduled and manual synchronization patterns support incremental updates.
- Current limitation: Planner Premium synchronization is read-only in this release. Write-back from Riskuity to Microsoft Planner Premium is not included in the MVP, and imported schedule fields may be overwritten by a later synchronization.

Known limitations
- V4.0.0 is a BETA release, so behavior may continue to change as pilot feedback and regression results are reviewed.
- Planner Premium integration requires Dataverse configuration, application permissions, administrator consent, and resource identity mapping.
- Planner Premium write-back is not currently supported.
- Large external datasets and incremental synchronization behavior require continued production-scale validation.
- UUID migration requires compatibility across application routes, APIs, backend services, integrations, and stored links.
- Analytics and survey instrumentation must continue to follow applicable privacy, consent, retention, and tenant-isolation requirements.
- OSCAL extension exports depend on successful migration, seed completion, and approved registry definitions.
- Data exports improve portability, but downstream interoperability still depends on schema alignment.
